Bit about me 🤷‍♂️
A lifetime of farming logging and tree surgery always big and strong (emphasis on big! )
Came to a head in 2019 when someone pointed out how unfit I was 😟 I’d grown to well over 18 stone and had to hold my breath while tying my boots in a morning 😂
A great friend helped me learn nutrition and counting calories along with a new passion for working out.
It was painful and very humbling to realise how far from the fit hard working logger I thought I was but one meal and one workout at a time I got lighter and fitter before agreeing to sign up for a photo shoot still at 16stone no one believed in me including myself 🤦🏻
18months and more than 6stone later probably being the last person to start believing in myself! Mr Antony Baines and myself went to Nottingham and did a gym photo shoot and the rest as they say is history 😊 built my gym started helping others were I can and hopefully making friends along the way ❤️

Might of been raining outside but it was still a rather warm and sweaty circuit this morning with a small group of super stars (all be it camera shy) showing what they are made of and always impressing ❤️
