What an incredible achievement! A collaborative team from Mini Athletics Swansea & Carmarthen and Mini Athletics South East Wales travelled to Twickenham for the 2026 Mini Athletics Super Star Event and proudly brought the trophy home to Wales! 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

This is a truly historic moment. In the 10-year history of Mini Athletics, this is the first time the Super Star trophy has left England, making this victory even more special.

A huge congratulations to every child who took part. You represented your regions and your country with outstanding enthusiasm, determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship. You were all amazing and should be incredibly proud of yourselves! ⭐

🌟What a fantastic day at Superstar 2026! 🌟

We couldn't be prouder of our team today. Every athlete gave their all, showed incredible determination, and supported one another throughout the event.

There were some brilliant performances across the long jump, javelin, sprints, and relays, making it a day full of achievement, teamwork, and memorable moments.

To top it all off, we were absolutely delighted to be announced as the overall winners! πŸ† What a wonderful reward for all the hard work, effort, and commitment shown by every member of the team.

The children took part in a fun Mini Athletics session and gave amazing effort throughout. It was great to see so much energy, enthusiasm and smiles from everyone involved.
