That’s us closed up folks…

After a LOT of hard work we are finally relocating🤩🤩

(We are still in Downpatrick so don’t be worrying)

A full re-refurbishment has been carried out and we have a lot of new equipment landing this week too💪🏻💪🏻

You are going to love it!!

Oh, and before I forget, we will be reopening with massive discounts on our memberships, bootcamps and coaching programs🙌🏻

We hope to be open on Wednesday but more will be announced closer to the time!!

Aisling’s fitness & weight loss journey so far🤩

“I joined Evolve Fitness nearly 4 months ago and as cliché as it sounds my only regret is not joining sooner! I’ve followed them on social media for ages & every time I saw a post I always thought I should give it a try but talked myself out of it over the fear of starting somewhere new but from the very start Phelim helped settle those nerves!

Within a week of messaging Phelim had booked my first PT session & had me registered on their coaching app!

I won’t lie though, the anxiety I had for the first session was on a different level, new surroundings & new people I was so nervous but that didn’t last long and now it wouldn’t enter my head, I actually look forward to my workouts!

From starting the sessions my strength has grown so much & I’ve more energy now than I’ve ever had, Phelim always encourages you to keep progressing and keeps me motivated through the classes!

Before joining I did at home workouts on my own but having the accountability, somebody encouraging you & giving you advice makes all the difference!
