Join us for a FREE Workout in the Woods with our friends at Fodder in the Woods on Saturday 27th June at 10am.

This isn’t your average workout.

We’ve planned a fun and unique fitness adventure that will take you on a journey through the beautiful woodland trails, with various CrossFit stations dotted throughout the route. Expect movement, challenge, laughter, fresh air, and a few surprises along the way.

☕ Great food/drinks and great company afterwards

Whether you’re a long-time member or completely new to CrossFit, our coaches will be there to guide you through the warm-up, workout, and cooldown, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.

We had a great time attending the event at the iconic Telegraph Building in Belfast on Sunday May 17th.

We had two mixed teams comprising of Sarah & Robbie, Helz & Neil.

Throwing down on three back to back 15 Min AMRAPs full of CrossFit moves mashed up into a Hybrid mix.

Great to see so many people taking part and having fun with their fitness, that’s what it’s all about ✨

XNTRC Teens ✨

We are proud to launch our teens program that is specifically designed to help teenagers of all abilities get fit & healthy.

Two classes per week ✅

Suitable for teenagers aged 14-17

When?

Tues & Fri 16:30-17:30

We will teach our teens the foundations of CrossFit and program effective and fun teenage versions of our workouts so they can join all our members on the whiteboard ✨

The whiteboard brief is where the workout starts for every class.

Not with the clock, not with the barbell, not with the first rep.

It starts when the coach explains the intent, the stimulus, the scaling options, and what “good” should look like today.

That few minutes matters.

It keeps people safe.
It helps athletes choose the right version of the workout.
It gives purpose to your session.
It turns a room full of different fitness levels into one class moving with the same goal.

Don’t tune it out.

Don’t treat it like a formality.

Don’t assume you already know the workout because you saw it on the app.

Listen, ask questions, and understand the why.

A better brief leads to a better workout.
