🌲🔥 WORKOUT IN THE WOODS 🔥🌲
Join us for a FREE Workout in the Woods with our friends at Fodder in the Woods on Saturday 27th June at 10am.
This isn’t your average workout.
We’ve planned a fun and unique fitness adventure that will take you on a journey through the beautiful woodland trails, with various CrossFit stations dotted throughout the route. Expect movement, challenge, laughter, fresh air, and a few surprises along the way.
