I spent 22 years as an aircraft engineer, weapons technician and bomb disposal operator in the RAF. I maintained a basic level of fitness and after leaving the service, I became a Personal trainer. After a tour of the Falkland Islands where there is not much else to do but drink or train, I decided on the latter. Why had I let myself put so much weight on? How did I lose it? How
would I maintain it and how would I reach new goals and standards. At the same time, people were asking me the same questions and if I could help them achieve the same results. I am friendly, approachable and punctual. I’m highly motivated and hard-working, totally mobile, adaptable and flexible. Working with you in your own home and ensuring it stays fun, I maintain a serious attitude to fitness. I appreciate how difficult it is to take the first steps on our own or without support regardless of the task. I love to help people in any situation by encouragement and motivation from the first moment. I have a strong sense of empathy. To see someone achieve their goal whatever it may be is special. I work with people of all fitness levels.
