You don't need to be a BEAST to BEAT a BEAST
Being a strong and muscular was something I strived for, but after seeing that technique and training went over sheer strength in most cases, I realized that the true beauty of arm-wrestling hid behind methodical training and technique essential elements in success. Turns out that after all, my lean body was perfectly fine to practice arm-wrestling. Achieving the highest amount of muscle mass would have little to no effect if I didn’t have a notion of what the right technique was – so my mindset shifted and turned into something much more purposeful. I then focused on becoming stronger in all the different areas of my life. I trained differently and I moved differently – achieving my goals much quicker and becoming a stronger father, husband, trainer, man. So I carried on wanting to my body while engaging in practices that strengthened not only my physique but also my mind.
I wish you all to find a true path in your life in 2022 πŸ’«β€οΈ
