Our dance school is nothing without our dancers 💙🤍

At Believe we are so so lucky to have such a lovely group of boys and girls! Not only are they thriving in their dancing 💃🏻, learning new skills every week and developing their technique, they are kind and funny too.

As much as we try to stay on track with our dancing each lesson, no lesson is complete without a bunch of laughter and giggles 🤣 we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Believe is a place to make friends, encourage each other, develop as a dancer and enjoy dance every step of the way 🌸

Can you guess the stretch? 👀

Welcome to our brand new ✨ Stretch of the Week ✨ series, where every week in September we’ll be sharing a different stretch to help our dancers improve their flexibility, movement and technique!

This week, we’re starting with the BUTTERFLY STRETCH! 🦋

Regular butterfly stretching keeps the tissue surrounding the joint elastic, helping to prevent injuries from dance activity and maximise movement in dance motions. 🩰✨

So for our dancers, take a few minutes this week to practise your butterfly stretch — and remember, consistency is key! 💪🏼

WHAT TO BRING TO DANCE 💃🏻

We always recommend having hair tied back and out of the way so you can focus on the dance moves. Be sure to speak to us to if you have any questions about your uniform - we’re always happy to help!
