Everyone, everyone, everyone!!! I have someone for you to meet!!
(Though I know a few of you have already met this cutie)

This is the Get Ready Get Fit Goat! They have been hanging out on my hydration pack for quite a while now but they are in desperate need of a name.

When Mr GRGF and I do our Half Marathon on 10th October the GRGF Goat will, once again, be joining us and I would love them to have a new bandana adorned with their very own name.

With less than two weeks left weeks to go we really need a good show of support from as many people as we can! Every £1 donated will help! Tomrrow I will be launching the mascot naming competition ready to draw out the winning name the day before the race! I will also be running some raffles both before and after the run to help get our total up as much as possible! Watch this space!

Had such an amazing time at the today! It was such a tough course but it was beautiful and brilliant fun! We also had lots of wine in the way around 🥰🥰

My feet hurt! Lol! Fastest 10k not on the flat, fastest half ever and lots of PBs on the other segments. All in the week I also ran for 30mins nonstop for the first time in my life and had my birthday. So far my "ehhem" year has been pretty darn great!
