Joe joined us in January and has smashed his last 16 weeks 👏🏻💪🏻

We set him a calorie deficit target to illicit 1.5lbs per week. Sticking to his step count, calories and training with us twice per week he’s done exactly that 👏🏻

Awesome progress and the face change says it all. Now onto the building phase 💪🏻

I’ve known Abi a long time and when she messaged asking for help to prep for her wedding, I couldn’t wait to get stuck in!!

Over the last 9 months Abi’s slot 4 stone, 25cm from her waist, the picture shows that…🤷🏻‍♂️👏🏻

It’s been awesome to see her progress and take on everything with 100% effort.

Abi’s programme was joint PT once a week with her fiancé, alongside programmed home training and nutrition! No gym membership with fancy equipment, just consistent work.
