TOMORROW IS OUR LAUNCH NIGHT!!!!! 🕺🏻💦💃🏻🌈🔥🥳😅 can’t wait to see you my beautiful clubbers there & New clubbers always welcome! New to Clubbercise? Nervous about coming to class for the first time? I’ve had quite a few questions so hopefully this is helpful ☺️
❓ What is Clubbercise?- Clubbercise is a fun cardio combat toning dance workout set to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90’s classics to the latest hits. Classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks to create a nightclub atmosphere.
💰 How much are classes? - Classes are £6.50
per session and are pay as you go!! CASH ONLY!
🪄How do I buy glow sticks? - Reusable LED glow sticks are priced at £8 per pair and can be purchased at the venue, before your first class. CASH ONLY!
What time 🕰️ ? Mondays 7-8pm
1️⃣6️⃣ Are there any age restrictions? - Yes. Age 16+ welcome. (Or 13+ with a participating adult.) 13-15 year olds pay a reduced fee of £4 per class but must be accompanied by their adults at all times.
🏋🏼♀️ Do I need to be a fitness freak to attend? - Absolutely not! Classes are aimed at all fitness levels with high and low impact options to suit everyone, whatever your ability or fitness level.
👚What do I need to wear? - Comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. Leggings, shorts, trainers, T-shirts, vests etc. The brighter the better! (And a good sports bra 😉) Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water too.
💃🏻 Do I need to be a good dancer or have good coordination? - Nope! Routines are easy to follow and if in doubt, wiggle, jiggle, wave your sticks around and freestyle! (Classes are held in a darkened room so chances are, no one can see you anyway!)

The school has a small car park which will hold around 12 cars. If there is no space left clubbers please park on one of the roads off the main school road thank you so much!!
