Part 3 of our 2026 plan to upgrade our facility - once our 2 lifting platforms have moved into our bigger space in the back room we plan to relocate our main dumbbell rack from 1kg - 50kg Dumbbells along the main wall in the middle, freeing g up one end of the room for 3 maybe 4 new machines. We will be looking to upgrade our double cable machine for a more compact version giving us again more space for storage of attachments and kettlebells etc.

UPDATE - Our first room is coming along nicely and we have just added a Preacher Curl and Hyperextension bench to our collection.

PART TWO

Here is part TWO of our plans for 2026 - we currently have 2 squat racks in our middle room, these will be relocated to our back room along the large wall and a third lifting platform will be added taking us from 2 to 3 giving us more capability for those wanting to Bench, Deadlift, Squat etc.....

The Sled will be relocated to just infront of these racks , one corner still have the two rowers, treadmill in place but will turn to face a different wall with added TV Screens. The other corner will still have our Smith machine, Ski Erg and Stair Climber. This room we hope will become new new hub of Training as our middle room can get quite busy at times with those wanting lifting platforms.

In addition to this on the outside of the building we can now announce we have IMPROVED PARKING down the side of our building will now be maximum of 2 hour stay preventing it becoming a car park for local workers 24/7. We are confident this will end our previous parking challenges.

Okay .. .. .. .. .. Here is part one or phase one of our plans to reinvent Fuller Life Gym in 2026

2 New areas - has joined the team with a brand new space upstairs and will be offering osteopathy. Along with his treatment room we now have a lounge space which can be used as a waiting area for Sam and Michelle's clients, a meeting space for our Personal Trainers to sit and chat with clients or somewhere our members can even work in a quiet space. This area is open to everyone to enjoy.

Our First Room - We have now removed a large wall opening the space right up allowing us to bring in new equipmentlater in 2026, we have brand new lighting, and we are going for a more industrial look to the facility with black ironworks, warm white LED lighting and lots of wood, cement and open brickwork.
