I am a mum of 3 amazing but time consum

ing kids so I know all too well the struggles of finding time for yourself & especially to exercise. It's for that reason I offer my Personal Training sessions in the comfort of your own home, this works great if you are short on time or if you have a little one at home too. This is exactly how I started my fitness journey again after child number 3, doing my workouts at home meant I didn't need to find a babysittter & there was no excuse as to why I couldn't workout as my gym was right there in my front room. I have struggled myself with getting back on track with my fitness after all 3 of my kids but I found if I had a 'target' to reach it really helped push me along. I have competed in the first Thriller in the Villa, completed 2 ToughMann runs and have also taken park in a number of other events to raise money for charities. The classes are made up of a variety of workouts to keep things fun, interesting & challenging & we are all there to support each other.
