We are buzzing to announce a brand-new Free-Running class, aimed especially at boys, but girls are absolutely welcome too!
This action-packed session is perfect for those who want to jump higher, move faster, flip harder, and push their skills in a fun, high-energy environment. Expect flips, vaults, runs, and creative movement every week!

Hi everyone, just a reminder that free-running is on tonight but please bring a hoodie (must be zipped up and not flapping around) and warm bottoms as it's quite cold in the gym tonight. We look forward to seeing you all again!
