Thursday talk is open to any teens and adults who would like to learn more about managing stress and anxiety with movement and breath.

Saturday will be a playful session for children and their grown ups. I will introduce some fun activities that they can do together to manage anxiety and develop emotional regulation skills. All ages welcome - I’ll adapt the content to meet the ages that show up!

I have to admit I was nervous to teach a new group of teenagers last night. I wasn’t sure how they would receive my gentle & slow approach to yoga. It turns out they loved it, rest & quiet was just what they were craving ☺️
