At our Golf Day last year, the team raised funds which we proudly donated to Arlo's Adventure, a charity dedicated to supporting families facing difficult journeys.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Sarah from the charity, who shared more about their mission, the support they provide, and the incredible impact community fundraising makes.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Joe Garcia, Mandy Karsa, Andy Dalton, and Natasha Banks from The Great North Air Ambulance Service. They shared the incredible work they do for our island community, and we were proud to present them a cheque from our 2025 fundraising efforts. We’re also thrilled to announce that, thanks to this support, we’re now an official Corporate Partner! 🚁

This morning, Sam and Eleanor had the privilege of visiting Ballakermeen High School to speak with Year 12 students. They shared their personal career journeys, the paths that led them to where they are today, and gave an insight into the roles they hold now.

It was a great opportunity to share insights into what we do at Newfield and highlight the variety of paths that can lead to a career in our industry. We really value engaging with local schools and building connections within the community. 📚

🎃👻 We had a spook-tacular night at our Halloween Staff Quiz! 5 rounds of brain-busting trivia, amazing costumes, and fun all around. The winning team stormed ahead in the music round, and a special shoutout to the handmade Shrek that stole the show and won Best Costume!
