“It’s tough getting in the gym & having routine changes when you have a young family like I do & a relatively busy job, go away 2-3 days a week but Ollie gives me the tips I need and just makes it easy”

Ryan is someone with very busy & active lifestyle with a busy job sometimes away 2-3 days a week with work also. He has a wife with 2 children at home, works long hours away from home at times whilst trying to juggle family life too. He still however finds time to meal prep, he finds meals and food ideas to match his specific macros whilst away with work, goes to the gym 3 times per week & gets out cycling on his bike 2-3 times a week too which is commendable 💪🏼

The biggest changes in Ryan so far (other than dropping around 2kg in body fat) is the change in his mindset 🧠 & drive to achieve the goals he has set out for himself 💥🚀 I’m very much looking forward to seeing what’s to come from Ryan as the passion he now has to see his goals become reality is incredible‼️
