Train 2 Gain has officially started. What a great bunch of paddlers. We’ve got a mix of goals this year – some wanting to get into racing, some looking to improve their efficiency ahead of a SUP holiday in Norway, and others simply wanting to get stronger and keep up on group paddles.

A great first session focused on technique and efficiency. Looking forward to seeing everyone progress over the next few weeks.

Train 2 Gain

Open to all paddlers who want to improve their skills.

This course is ideal if you’ve already got the basics and want to paddle better, straighter and more confidently — or if you’ve done a few races and want to sharpen your technique.

We’ll be starting on 26th May on the river, with a beach-based session/course to follow afterwards.

Great for all-round, touring and raceboard paddlers.
