Train 2 Gain has officially started. What a great bunch of paddlers. We’ve got a mix of goals this year – some wanting to get into racing, some looking to improve their efficiency ahead of a SUP holiday in Norway, and others simply wanting to get stronger and keep up on group paddles.

A great first session focused on technique and efficiency. Looking forward to seeing everyone progress over the next few weeks.
