It’s been a while! I’m posting to let you know that I’ll be deleting this page in 30 days time.

I am still working in my studio Studio One and that page will still be posting! So, any PT stuff I am active over there and you can catch me on that channel for fitness.

However, I have been working on a new project over on Daisy Bevis 🌼 and if you want to follow my new brand and lifestyle stuff over there then I’d love to have you.

Because honestly…
we’ve got SO many better things to say than commenting on women’s bodies.

Seeing the comments about Bryana Hoults after the Oscars, especially knowing she’d just been away from her baby for hours, was just… grim.

I actually recorded a reel and didn’t post it on here because I got a bit sweary… BUT

it’s not new, is it?
I’ve had my fair share too - one being “she needs a good meal” a personal favourite 🙃

It’s tired. It’s unnecessary. And it says way more about the person saying it.

So yeah… let’s raise the standard a bit.
Talk about literally anything else…
