Progression doesn’t always follow a linear curve, limits are there to be challenged and pushed, expectations smashed. Getting out of your comfort zone isn’t something us humans are particularly good at, it is however proven to be incredibly good for us. Another awesome time with some amazing people on a beautiful morning in a beautiful part of the world. 🌍 It’s so worth getting out of bed for. If you want to be inspired to get out of yours, come along and give the a try. Support and encouragement from all shapes, sizes and abilities. I didn’t expect to be doing the whole course with the 8kg kettlebells but if I’m honest seeing the efforts from others in front got me past the line. The benefit of being at the back of the pack is seeing the energy in front of you. If you think you can do the course with one or two kettlebells, I’m happy to lend you one and run it with you, any takers?.
