A big weekend of cricket is upon us, with three senior sides in action on Saturday before the return of one of the highlights of the Capel calendar on Sunday! 🏏🔥

The 1st XI welcome Merstham to the Rec, looking to continue their strong run of form and pick up another important victory on home soil. 💪

The 2nd XI travel to Cranleigh, determined to keep building momentum and bring home the points. 👊

The 3rd XI head to Horsley & Send, looking to put in another strong performance and continue climbing the table. 🏏

And the action doesn’t stop there…

🌟 Sunday sees the return of our Junior Six-a-Side Tournament! 🌟

We’re looking forward to welcoming young cricketers from across the area for a fantastic day of junior cricket. With plenty of talent on show, exciting matches throughout the day and a great atmosphere around the club, it’s always one of the best days of the summer calendar. 🏏☀️

Be sure to get down to the club, support the next generation of cricketers and enjoy a brilliant day of cricket.

Bank Holiday Sunday did not disappoint 🍻🛍️

For the past few years, members and friends of Capel Cricket Club have spent the May & August Bank Holiday Sundays exploring local car boot sales in search of outfits costing less than £5. These outfits are then proudly worn to the Surrey Oaks Beer Festival to enjoy the brilliant selection of beer and live music on offer 🎶

What started as a bit of fun has now become an annual tradition, one that we hope provides plenty of entertainment for fellow festival-goers along the way 😅

This year, we’re once again raising money for St Catherine’s Hospice by matching, or hopefully beating,whatever we spend at the car boot sales through donations ❤️

We go again this August Bank Holiday… bigger outfits, bigger laughs, and hopefully even more money raised for an incredible cause 🙌

🏏 T20 action returns to Capel Cricket Club this Tuesday night!

We’re at home to Abinger with the first ball at 6:00pm. Come down and support the lads for an evening of cricket in the sunshine 🍻☀️

Capel CC has a busy week of T20 action, with the Ladies hosting Horley at home on Thursday.
The Men’s T20 side then take on Dorking Rugby Club away in the Plate and the Ladies playing at home against Epsom on Friday. Come down and show your support!

Another packed weekend of cricket for the club.

The 1st XI are at home again as they take on Caterham, looking to build on last week’s close win

The 2nd XI travel to East Horsley, aiming to continue their strong run after another good win last weekend

The 3rd XI return to action with a double-header: a T10 cup fixture at 1:00pm, followed by a T30 league game at 2:45pm—plenty of action to come

On Sunday, the team are away to Stunners after a solid victory last week

Plenty to follow, plenty to support. Up the Capel.
