Why did we choose a day with an air temp of 4 degrees to return to the river for a dip? Not sure but it was bracing and life affirming at the same time. It makes me feel soo good even if getting in feels rough to start with🥶. 7.2 degrees in the water and as ever that mental questioning of sanity and at the same time a strong pull of ‘it’s hard so do it’.
Thanks for the swearing 🤬
