This past weekend we had a big showing from The Lab Rats on The South Coast Submission Open!
An awesome day of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling matches with the team bringing back a big haul of silverware!
A few of the team were competing for the first time, so a huge credit to those who were willing to put it on the line and represent The Combat Lab.
