Today the morning crew took a little trip to ‘The Den’ cafe to use the punch bags and the variety of other equipment they have to offer.

Who knew there was a cafe that supports mental wellbeing, empowers those that are facing mental health challenges AND has a little boxing gym downstairs!

If you want to use this space just drop them a message and it’s only £3 a session.

A lovely way to end our first term of the year.
After a tough kettlebell + circuit session the morning crew spent the afternoon relaxing at with a delicious lunch and cake made by Maria & Sue.

Then it was the evenings classes turn to tackle the circuit followed by a well deserved Chinese meal at Lee Garden.
I’m very lucky to be surrounded by such an amazing bunch of ladies who make it such a pleasure to teach.

One more lesson to go before we take a break. As promised, I’ve bought the gym a new toy.

Circuits and kettlebells plus sauna, swim and Chinese after class, can’t wait!
