PERFORMANCE TRACK OPTION:
This version of our daily programming is for those looking to make their fitness competitive or just looking for the next challenge.
It is perfect to help you prepare for events like a Crossfit Throwdown or the ATHX games. Expect heavier loadings and more complex weightlifting / gymnastic skills.
If this isn’t enough ‘unlimited’ members get extra ‘competitor’ programming to help them get the most out of open gym and their training.
The challenge is there when you are ready to get after it!
