Penny Sturt Whether my role is to educate, train or develop, I will encourage thinking, feeling and then action.

My aim is that participants leave a day’s training with me feeling renewed, re-energised and committed to action. Offering training and education across a range of core social work skills including supervision; assessment, and relationship based approaches to working with children and families. There are a range of courses I can tailor for personal and professional development to support staff man

age the emotional demands and prioritise their own well being in highly pressured environments for maximum productivity. I also have a license for Renew You the 1 day women's development course.
