I call it …The Ministry of (funny) Pilates walks …
For: stretching the hip, chest, calf. Toning the shoulders arms, thighs and gluts Helping our posture, knees & balance
But wait!… why is there a picture of a stinging nettle ?
You may notice all my funny walks are out in nature … because walking can help our mental state as well as our bodies.
The next walk suggestion will be to help our mind & soul and will feature the humble stinging nettle
