What a night!
The 8 Week Project and Balanced Fitness crews were put through their paces tonight with some seriously tough Tabata circuits. Short rests, high effort, plenty of sweat and more than a few choice words aimed in my direction! ๐Ÿ˜†
Then in HFR Performance we packed a whole lot of work into 70 minutes with a mini ATHX-inspired session:

โ€ข 5 Rep Deadlift
๐Ÿƒ Endurance โ€ข 3 x 480m Runs
๐Ÿ”ฅ MetCon โ€ข 60 Cal Erg
โ€ข 50 Snatches
โ€ข 40 Box Jumps
โ€ข 30m Broad Jump Burpees
โ€ข 20 Sandbag to Shoulder
โ€ข 10 Synchronised Burpees
It was gritty, it was hard work, and by the end there wasn't much left in the tank for anyone.
The best part? Watching everyone keep moving when it got uncomfortable. No one looking for shortcuts, no one giving in, just a room full of people getting a little bit stronger, fitter and more resilient together.

What a way to start the week!
This morning's Circuits session was absolutely packed, with everyone bringing great energy and setting the tone for the week ahead. Then tonight's crew rolled up their sleeves and got stuck into a tough chipper workout that tested strength, fitness and determination from start to finish.
What makes these sessions special isn't just the trainingโ€”it's the atmosphere. Different ages, different abilities, different goals, all working hard and supporting each other.

Hard Work Looks Like This
Today, Kathryn and Ed completed DEKA Atlas.
If you know them, you'll know this achievement didn't happen by accident.
They don't chase attention. They don't make excuses. They don't look for shortcuts.
What they do is show up.
Session after session, week after week, they put the work in. They encourage everyone around them, celebrate other people's successes, and quietly get on with improving themselves.
That's what makes this achievement so special.
People often see the medal, the finish line, the photo, or the result.
What they don't see are the early mornings, the tough sessions, the self-doubt, the sore legs, and the countless times they chose to keep going when it would have been easier not to.
Kathryn and Ed are proof that success isn't about talent or luck.
It's about consistency.
It's about turning up.
It's about doing the work when nobody is watching.
Massive congratulations to both of you. You should be incredibly proud of what you've achieved today.
