Spotlight on Badminton at Piddlehinton Gym - get involved!

Following the £107,000 refurbishment of Piddlehinton Gym (which has included new sports lighting) we now have four Badminton clubs playing at Piddlehinton Gym.

1.Piddle Valley Badminton Club who play on a Monday from 7:30pm focus on a competitive but friendly club and have space for a couple more players. To find out more contact Adam White [email protected]

2.Castlebridge Badminton who play on a Tuesday from 7:30pm are a social Badminton club and have space for another few players. Contact [email protected] to find out more.

3.u3a Badminton start at the Gym on Friday 6th October from 2pm. Contact [email protected] if you'd like to join.

4. Family Badminton restarts at the Gym on Saturday 30th September from 11:30am. Focus for this club are families and kids. Contact Piddlehinton Gym if you'd like to also bring your youngsters along.

The Gym still has availability if any other clubs would like to use the facilities.

Besides Badminton we also have Archery, Junior Tennis, 5-a-side, Remote Control Car racing, and now Company sponsored lunchtime exercise taking place at the Gym with new clubs being discussed for 5aside, Walking Netball, and additional equipment for the Gym on site. Last night was our final session before the gym reroofing begins. 🏸
We are looking forward to returning in a few months time, to test out the new lighting, higher ceiling, and dry floors!

We are pleased to be returning to restricted play, as of Monday the 17th at 7:30pm. After 28 weeks of rest it’s time to dust off those rackets!! 🏸
