It is a very heavy heart that we have to announce the passing of Rachel Hardy. Words cannot express how we are feeling right now. Classes are currently closed while we come to terms with our loss but we hope to see you soon. Sleep tight beautiful lady ###

And….thats a wrap on 2025! Just wanted to hop on and thank all who joined us in our Christmas party today and also those who couldn’t. I know that across our school, the last year has held many personal challenges for many of our students; both physical and mental health. But in spite of grief and loss, trial and tribulation, this lot have proved themselves time and time again. Always there for each other and, in fact, for me; we’ve shared laughter, tears, frustrations and some blummin good boogying. I have never been more proud of a group of people coming together, time and time again, from our smallest youngster, to our most mature warrior queen! You are truly a very special bunch. As we wind down for the Christmas period, I wish you all a very jolly holiday indeed. Get ready to take 2026 by storm!! Love ya!! ###

30 days done!! I just wanted to very quickly say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has donated and/or offered words of encouragement over the course of the last month, you have been awesome. The current total stands at £398!!!! I am blown away 🥰 the total figure will be revealed at the end of December as the lines for donation are still going until then, but so, so grateful 🥰 much, much love ###

It’s the final week!!! 🎉 Firstly, I wanted to say a massive heartfelt thanks to everyone who has donated, liked and shared one of my posts throughout the challenge. I have fully appreciated your contributions and support throughout the month; I am truly grateful to each and every one of you. Back in school today for day 11 and another fab 30min yoga stretch class with the kids 🥰 Needing to switch the brain off today so just completed 10min of bedtime yoga with Adrienne. Also, no pics in school, but here’s a little flow that we regularly do in class, adjusted for my injury (and yes, even yoga teachers topple over sometimes 🤣) Happy Tuesday peeps! Much love xx

Day 10 - done!!✔️ Managed to get on my feet and checking out how my ankle is healing. To be honest, I’m pretty impressed and very grateful I was able to rest it so much up to this point. Still taking it very slowly, as it lets me know when enough is enough, but this is the first time I’ve been able to move like this in weeks. Still not able to balance on it as it’s quite stiff and weak, but not too shabby! 30 mins and a few adjustments, but very happy 🥰 thanks for the support everyone xx

Forgot to update yesterday but just in case you thought I’d crashed out…. Day 7 and I’m powering on through! 1 whole week done, completed with a 20min floor yoga sesh before dinner ❤️ I was absolutely shattered on Day 6 so had some lovely Yoga Nidra practice to lull me off to sleep…no pics for that obviously!! Have a great evening gang! Xx

Day 5 and a nice, chilled bit of yoga to finish the day ❤️ just 10 mins tonight and all on the mat, trying to rest up the ankle as much as possible! Thanks to everyone who’s wished me well on the challenge, it’s meant a lot xx much love xx
