Hit hard, stop fast🚨

Sticking the breaks on in the golf swing is crucial for getting speed out onto the club and also allowing for appropriate club head release. If you’re someone who feels they don’t get enough speed out into the club or struggle with too much lean, give this a go.

Pressure and timings of shift 🔄➡️

Most people understand that it’s important we have a shifting of pressure laterally during the golf swing. What’s equally as important however, is the timing of that shift. If you’re too into your trail foot by the top of the backswing, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to get back to your lead side in time to produce a consistent strike.
