Men stop sleeping on Pilates. The benefits go way beyond the studio.

Sharing this here as a fellow instructor ask to help challenge the stigma around men doing Pilates.
Quick reminder - Pilates was created by a man, for men. Men have been benefiting from Pilates for over a century.
Don’t let your perception of Pilates be shaped by what you see in social media, the misconception that it’s all women, chasing the pulses, and doing the splits.
It isn’t.
Real Pilates strengthens you from the centre out. It restores your body so that we can stay agile and young, quietens the mind, connects you to your breath for the first time all day, and develops a deeper mind body connection.
The result? A body that moves, performs and feels better in everyday life.
The benefits extend far beyond the studio and into everything else you do.
