Classes usually 3 dates each week
Usually Monday, Thursday and Saturday

Total body workout... whatever style of training you like... circuit training has it all!!! Toning, Conditioning, Cardio, Strength training, Endurance training...

We also never forget that “Sunday is Runday”

ALL LEVELS OF ABILITY... ALL CIRCUIT EXERCISES CAN BE MODIFIED.... Beginner, intermediate, or advanced - ALL WELCOME

!!! Fat burn, Fat loss, muscle toning, muscle building, fitness increase, stamina training.... you name it... we got it!!! WHATEVER YOUR AIMS AND TARGETS.... CIRCUIT TRAINING HAS IT ALL!!! TOTAL AND CONSTANT MIX UP N MASH UP!...

Your body will be confused by the constant change week to week... your body will be challenged each week with new exercises, new techniques, new methods of training... preventing that slowing down effect from repeatative week after week same fitness class, same areobic routine, same training regime....... YOU WILL CONTINUE TO GAIN WEEK AFTER WEEK!!!!!!!!!!! Meet friends, Make friends, Feel the motivation, Share the motivation!!!!! This IS a HEALTH AND WELL-BEING EXERCISE AND FITNESS GROUP.... full body fitness and functional exercise is an essential part of any fitness journey and Crispys classes are aimed at achieving health and happiness in body and mind! Crispy’s Circuits aims at using a variety of training methods to enhance the body for fitness, weight loss, weight management, energy.... no two classes are the same... the key to keeping your body working is variety and avoiding the same sessions week in week out...

Classes are pre-booked and capped to manage numbers, big classes are not safe for those who attend so numbers are limited, allocation of classes is done fairly to make sure everyone who wants to attend gets so train at a suitable frequency...

Classes are twice during the working week, on a pre-planned basis, 2 weekday evenings and a Saturday morning for structured circuit class...
In addition to the formal classes
When possible we have “Wednesday well-being walking” (day time walking group)
We meet on a Sunday for a jog because “Sunday-is-Runday”
We get together and do events if we feel like it
We challenge each other but more importantly support each other
We are a team
No one gets left behind # #

Booking instructions:

You just need to click on the event when you can go... everyone in the group has lots going on so the groups are different people every time...

AT THE MOMENT EVERYTHING IS COVID RESTRICTED!!!! classes are restricted to 5 plus me because of covid so the space fill up quickly so if you think it’s going to be a good day for you then book the place

If you need to cancel after that you can remove yourself from the event but if it’s the same day as the class you need to let me know directly so I can reallocate the space! IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE:

Classes have been really struggling for numbers of late but that doesn’t change what we do and I prefer small group workouts as it allows focus on those that count… YOU!!!

Turning up on a Tuesday evening after a hard day at work, feeling tired and lacking motivation or energy to commit to heading out for a workout may seem too much like hard work?!?! 😓

I agree!☝️

But do you know what? 💭

The hardest part is turning up…

The best part is when you get that “I feel so much better for doing that!” feeling and your body is actually grateful to you for dragging it out and putting in the effort 😊

It’s the best kind of therapy and the greatest source of good brain chemicals when you’ve completed your workout and stimulated all those happy hormones to circulate around your body to boost your energy and make you feel happy, healthy and productive 🥰

TOTALLY TONE UP TUESDAY is a full body workout every week, no two classes are the same, mixing it up and keeping it fresh to make sure your getting the most from your efforts.

Everything we do in class you can learn and take ideas away to encourage you to do things at home or in the gym, wherever you like to train

Free weights, body weights, cardio, strength, tone and conditioning, Boxercise, kettlebells, HIIT, step, we do it all….

This class is open to all and totally inclusive

It’ll be for fun and in keeping with all our usual rules and regs… no heros, only fitness, friendship and fun, no pressure, at your own pace, run, walk, Jeff, whatever is your thing…

There she is… our Crispy’s crew member of the year 2025! And this is why… after hours of dedicated training and never giving up on her mission she completed her target half marathon in London this weekend!

It’s hard enough when you go along and do it with a team but to train on your own and to get out there, beyond your comfort zone and push down every barrier including nerves, fear and anxiety to achieve something so tough, that’s totally inspiring

Between the team, in all sorts of locations and in all sorts of ways the Crispys crew accumulated 56 plus miles on foot between them

Running and walking all around local locations this gang was out there making the most of the incredible weather and the wonderful day off work!

56 plus miles! Go team! 👏🏼
