Classes have been really struggling for numbers of late but that doesn’t change what we do and I prefer small group workouts as it allows focus on those that count… YOU!!!
Turning up on a Tuesday evening after a hard day at work, feeling tired and lacking motivation or energy to commit to heading out for a workout may seem too much like hard work?!?! 😓

The hardest part is turning up…
The best part is when you get that “I feel so much better for doing that!” feeling and your body is actually grateful to you for dragging it out and putting in the effort 😊
It’s the best kind of therapy and the greatest source of good brain chemicals when you’ve completed your workout and stimulated all those happy hormones to circulate around your body to boost your energy and make you feel happy, healthy and productive 🥰
TOTALLY TONE UP TUESDAY is a full body workout every week, no two classes are the same, mixing it up and keeping it fresh to make sure your getting the most from your efforts.
Everything we do in class you can learn and take ideas away to encourage you to do things at home or in the gym, wherever you like to train
Free weights, body weights, cardio, strength, tone and conditioning, Boxercise, kettlebells, HIIT, step, we do it all….
This class is open to all and totally inclusive
