Friday: 6.30pm - 8.00pm
Saturday: 7am - 7.45am
1 Representative with full payment to collect all tickets and distribute to their schools! The box office will close at 7.45am so please don't wait until 7.40am to collect your tickets!
🔆First Rounds🔆
We will be doing the first rounds in order of biggest sections first. There will be a list released on Friday with the first 25 sections.
Saturday!
🚪Doors open: 8.00am
🌟First round: 9.00am
All slowdance winners will dance off for Ultimate beginner, starter, intermediate and champ (beginner, starter and intermediate will need a 30 second slow spot)
Sunday!
🚪Doors open: 8.30am
🌟First round: 9.30am
All winners will dance off for Ultimate Dancer 2025. No spots required!
⛔️No boxes, cool boxes, make up boxes of any description will be allowed into the hall. Bags can not be placed or stored on chairs.
⛔️ School areas will be photographed at the end of each day. Please leave the seating area as you find it.
⛔️All fire exits need to be kept clear at all times, this includes bags and clothes.
⛔️Ultimate weekender will operate a zero tolerance approach to any unruly behaviour from anybody attending the weekend. ANYBODY found to be involved in any antisocial or disrespectful behaviour of any kind whether it be a dancer, parent, or professional, will be removed from the event for the remainder of the weekend and will also jeopardise their schools attendance from the current and future events.
