Being scared you'll look silly in the gym is one of the biggest reasons women don't feel like the gym is for them.

I get it - you feel like everyone else in the gym is super advanced and body beautiful apart from you.

But what this feeling ultimately boils down to is confidence.

The confidence that what you're doing in the gym is right and you're not wasting your time.

This confidence can't be faked - it's born of knowledge and experience.
