💫Alicia is a Senior Yoga Teacher and our resident fitness guru, having worked as a health & fitness professional for over 20 years.

💫Alicia came to yoga some 15 years ago whilst living in Australia, to help with injuries sustained through a very physical lifestyle. She has undertaken many teacher trainings, and passionately shares her knowledge, experience and joy of movement and all things yoga. She is a highly empathetic and intuitive mentor who is sure to inspire you!

🐶 Fun fact:
I have a miniature schnauzer called Doris who comes to work with me, we are learning agility training together and she’s starting to go with me on my bike in a backpack!!

⛷️ Not many people know:
I did seasons in the French Alps and got to snowboard every day, and worked on a super yacht in the Caribbean and got to wakeboard every day!
