🎨CHILDREN'S COLOURING COMPETITION – GALA 2026!🎨

Calling all little artists! 🖍️✨

Last year I only had a handful of entries, so this year I'd love to receive lots of colourful masterpieces! 🎉

🖍️ How to enter:
• Pick up a colouring sheet
• Colour it in however you like
• Return it before the Gala for your chance to win! 🏆

🎪 At the Gala: (Sat 4th July)
Colouring sheets, crayons, pens and a table will be available at my stall for children who would like to enter on the day.

📅 Can't make it to the Gala?
No problem! Entries can be completed and handed in before the event.

🏆 What’s the prize?
A tub of sweeties! 🍬 and they’re may be some runners up prizes if the competition it too close!

**Drowning Prevention Week**

This week, we will be taking part in

Please send your child with a T-shirt and shorts, or pyjamas, to wear over their normal swimming costume during the session.

The children will be learning basic self-rescue skills as well as introductory water safety and life-saving techniques that can help them assist someone else in an emergency.

It’s here! Today marks the first day of Drowning Prevention Week 2026!

We are equipping children and young people with essential water safety and lifesaving skills ahead of the summer holidays.

Through education and awareness, we are working towards communities free from drowning. But to achieve this, we need your help.

Whether you’re a parent, carer, school, club, business, or organisation, get involved, join us to spread vital water safety messages this week.

Drowning is preventable, and together, we can save lives. 🛟
