Hi everyone 🤗
That’s it, all over till next time 🎄
I was reflecting back on Boxing Day as I walked around the Yorkshire Wildlife Park how this time last year when I was here I was in constant pain and not healing to how different I feel now.
I had decided in 2025 I would do something about it instead of just pushing through.
So I accepted help, something I have much resistance with but accept was my word last year..
My pain turned out be osteoarthritis in my left hip.
I began physiotherapy, did a ton of research and changed my own practices so I can maintain where I am.
And I got thinking about the power of movement & mindfulness not only to heal and grow stronger but to accept where we are.
I often say in class do what feels right for you today.
Accepting some days we feel our bodies don’t need pushing but nourishing.
Accepting some days our bodies feel the need for movement and release.
And the letting go of what I’m unable to change with acceptance I have found myself present with what is…
I know many of you have gone through changes last year, and continue to find love and support in our community.
You are all amazing, so grateful for each and every one of you 💜
Our health really is the only wealth.
Wishing you all the health & happiness for 2026.
See you back on the mat from Monday 5th January 🧘🏻♀️ missed you!
I will be catching up with messages and emails in the next few days..
Get in touch if you have any questions.
