We offer unique fitness classes both face to face and online. Our classes include Clubbercise, Panache Dance Fitness, Assassin and Rockbox, there is literally something on the timetable for everyone. So whatever your requirements, come and join our growing fitness community, where you will be supported throughout your entire journey. There’s honestly nothing better than seeing everyone getting stuck in, having a laugh and absolutely smashing the workout!

Our first Rockbox & Assassin TRIAL was EPIC! 🥊🎸💥 And then straight into Clubbercise to finish the night… the energy, the effort and the vibes were next level!

And because you clearly couldn’t choose between them… 😂 WE’RE DOING BOTH!
