Our 2020 Viking Power & Strength Beginners Competition is less than 2 weeks away!

A big THANK YOU for your support, by training at the Excel Fitness Centre's outside gym over the past week.

We have now been open for a week and are seeing our visiting numbers slowly creeping up which is helping us to pay rent and the usual essential bills.

With your support you will be helping us to prepare for the date, which the government have announced to open internal gyms.
