⚽ VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY | 3v3 FACILITATOR ⚽
As we continue to grow our Under 7s 3v3 programme, we're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help support our youngest players alongside our qualified coaching team.
The role involves helping to set up and pack away equipment, organising pitches, getting games started, supporting player rotations, encouraging fair play, and helping sessions run smoothly. You'll be there to facilitate the football and create a positive environment, while our qualified coaches lead the coaching and player development.
This role is perfect for:
✅ Parents or family members wanting to get more involved in their child's football
✅ Students looking for valuable experience
✅ Anyone interested in coaching, teaching, childcare, youth work or community sport
✅ People who simply want to give something back to their local community
No football or coaching experience is required. We'll provide support, guidance and opportunities for training and development.
By volunteering, you'll help create a fun, safe and enjoyable environment where children can build confidence, make friends and develop a lifelong love of football.
