Dressage for Tickhill Riding Club for the area 16 where we won and qualified for the champions in our first test .

Two great scores to say where we are at the moment with training

74.78% in the prelim
& a score of 68% in the novice with two very costly mistakes I need to tell him he doesn’t need to do flying changes at this level 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ he’s just showing off

I’m getting quite into this dressage malarkey now

Thank you to the judges and army of volunteers who without you it wouldn’t have been possible and the lovely Epworth Equestrian Ltd for a wonderful run event like always

The beautiful Gally has now been sold and heads to his new home on Sunday , I will miss this gorgeous boy so much he’s been a absolute poppet to have around and will be missed

Last weekend top ten at oasby

that’s him all qualified for the ROR regionals but unfortunately two small speed bumps in the way for us that been the Sten do and the wedding day 😂

TODAY WE DID A THING ……

After 6 years yes 6 wholeeeeee years I actually went BE eventing AGAIN !!!!

Something I never thought would happen again as in these last 6 years I’ve had a sh*t time with the horses… having to sell my heart horse flora when she was in her prime to fund a house, Crikey being the calamity that he is, losing Oakley and losing Rory at such a young age, to now having my most favourite boy in the world out, feeling so happy in himself was just a dream come true. I honestly had the biggest Cheshire cat grin on my face the entire day

Dressage was what I felt the best test to date to lay in 2nd place then on to the showjumping just had one pesky pole that was completely my fault 🙃 poor boy was trying his hardest for me. On to cross country I must be getting old as I felt I was motoring on to watch my videos back to realise I was not going that fast at all leaving 7 time faults but still a top 10 finish to leave us in 8th place I BLOODY LOVE MY BOY 🧡💜
