Sunday 3rd May,

The final match of the season and the team were away at Retford for what turned out to be one of the best team performances of the year,
from the 1st touch the match was an end to end battle, with both sides creating chances and playing some great football,
for the 1st 2 quarters it was end to end with neither team able to break the deadlock, but as the match progressed Pilks' confidence grew and grew and they kept applying pressure on the Retford defence, hitting the woodwork and forcing the oppositions g.k to make some great saves,
every one of the team gave it their all and carried what Calum & Evie have been coaching out on to the pitch,
the game unbelievably finished goalless, which in no way takes away how the team gelled and played,
