With over 14 years living in Thailand and 11+ years of training Muay Thai. From the start of basic training on Koh samui to the Bangkok fighter gyms i have learnt from the best trainers and fighters. Training 6 days a week for the last 11+ years at the locations below:

Being a kick focused fighter I have trained at gyms with the top kick fighters or trainers with some elbow & clinch gyms thrown in

What i offer here is my technical knowledge and skill at all levels with a focus on fitness. Available to those (Male or Female) that wish to get fit, learn self defense or even have the skill required to become a fighter. Currently supporting my Step son Patrick teerapong kellner who i have managed and help train since he was 10.
