4 Day Paddle Board skills course

The SUP Summer scheme is based around our popular Zero to Hero skills course but it’s only for 8-16 years olds.

These courses are run in small groups and will focus on a different skill and technique each day while having fun in a safe and informative way.

What we get up to.

Day 1 - SUP Safely, standing up & learn to paddle, Fun games

Day 2 - learn to self rescue and buddy rescue, safety games

Day 3 - Paddling as a team on the Monster SUP, snorkelling along the coast.

Day 4 - Turning techniques and SUP races
Official certificates.

The course runs for 4 days Tuesday- Friday in July & August.
