Us & CountyDownGirlGroup are teaming up to run a ladies only self-defence session this Monday 6:30pm.

With more reports of domestic abuse, psychological abuse and violence against women in Northern Ireland, we believe every woman should have the opportunity to learn practical self-defence skills, build confidence, and feel more empowered in everyday situations.

Knowing even a little bit of MMA and self-defence can make a huge difference to your awareness, confidence and ability to react under pressure. Our goal is to give women practical skills in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment.

No experience is needed and all fitness levels are welcome 😁
