Prynhawn da pawb / Good afternoon everyone,
A weekly update for this weeks class, which takes place this Friday at The Free Library on Mill Street in Dolgellau at 10:00 a.m.
Alongside the standard Vinyassa Flow and alignment format, the class will be aimed at focusing our attention towards the Sacral (2nd) Chakra / (Svadhisthana), the center point of identity, passion and creativity.
I very much look forward to seeing you there.
All levels welcome, especially beginners.

Bore Da Pawb..
Really excited and ready to get back on the mat with you this Friday morning at 10.00 a.m.
I'll be integrating themes of openness, strength and the beginning of a 7 week lesson plan diving deeper into the connection between posture (Asana), breath work (pranayama), the chakras and inner bodily awareness.
I'm currently in the process of being able to secure an evening class and hope to be able to announce that properly on Friday morning too.
I truly hope you can make it along, with the usual post yoga panad chit chat at TH Roberts afterwards.
