Sweat & Tone Class
Mondays 6pm - 6:45pm
A high energy class. Classes are designed to improve strength and build up fitness levels. All exercises are suitable for all levels of fitness. During the winter months we add disco lights with the motivational music for an extra touch to the atmosphere.
Beginner Fitness Class
Fridays 9:15am - 10am
New to exercise or wanting to get back into exercise these classes are a great way to learn. Each exercise is demonstrated and you can take it at your own pace. All classes are small groups. Womens Only Group.
