- What is it ? What is it good for?

The simple version, is it's a regular cleanse for your system which can help which can help with the many health conditions listed above 😌

To start with treatments need to be once or twice per week, to allow your lymph system to become fully cleansed, after a month or so, the regularity of treatments can be dropped, but still needs to be AT LEAST monthly to keep you feeling fresh 😌🌸

A lot has been going on here behind the scenes recently, turning K L Fitness and recovery into a full time business and gaining new qualifications, this has unfortunatly meant that my customer responses have been delayed.
