I'm not sure who was more proud of this my client or myself 😀 Having been working with Toni since earlier in the year I've always encouraged her to go off how her clothes are fitting when working towards her goal of weight loss rather than regularly stepping on the scales. We do body measurements which have always helped my client see she is losing but I find when your dropping dress sizes it really does motivate clients even more to see that what they are doing is working.

Working lunch today whilst planning client programmes, as you can see 👀 I enjoy a treat. I'm not a personal trainer who will tell you your not allowed to eat certain foods. Its all about your goals and when aiming to lose weight/drop fat the key is sticking to a calorie deficit this however doesn't mean a boring diet as long as you are tracking you can eat anything you like 😉
