Lions gate today, some years the energy of lions gate are felt more strongly than others. True for me this year, this lady explains it really well and has some great ideas for letting go of the old and using lions gate to welcome in the new. Xx

Afternoon, hope you’re all well. I wanted to write a post as it’s been a while. I’m Feeling super blessed, what a fab day and week so far! Lovely new connections and New clients are booking in for Reiki and my Vision Board Workshop is nearly full 🙏🥰. I am creating a website. Creating lovely watercolour art works So business stuff is great and personally I have Measured myself today and can see big changes to my body shape, more to go but knowing the consistency is key! Yey.

I also had a brilliant Experiential Healing Process from the wonderful Shelley Warren and from it have a new mantra of ‘Growth is beyond the fears and pain’ it’s really helped keep my mind focused when things get tough as we can always do more than the mind wants us to, as it tries to keep us safe. I am Loving my fitness again and know this keeps me physically and mentally well.

Also it’s rare these days that Richard works from home, but here we are sat working at the kitchen table and it’s so nice. Lola never wants to be far away so Rich made her a bed on the outside furniture 😂 can just see her nose.

Im just making some stickers for the Workshop. Super excited for the people who are joining me next month. Dream it, wish it do it!

What are you enjoying or celebrating of late? It’s really important to acknowledge your growth and journey. It’s not only about the end of the goals, it’s the presence we can enjoy along the way…

Evening, you guys may or may not of seen my story post earlier today.. I promised more details so here are the deets.

I’m running a Vision Board Manifestation Workshop in June.

💗 We are five months into the year that means either your visions, dreams and goals are now realised and you are ready for new ones, or maybe you didn’t set any and are ready to create a life you love.

💕 Why not come along and be guided and supported in reconnecting to your dreams/goals.
A dream board is a powerful tool for you to use and look at each day a fun way of connecting to them for manifesting into reality.

💗 This event is to create a fun social gathering that also helps us be creative and set our goals with a vision board, also refreshments are included.

💕 All supplies will be available to create your own bespoke Vision Board and you’ll take it home at the end.

💗 It’s on Friday 16th June from 7-9.30pm it’s at Laughton Village Hall, Laughton, Sheffield.

💕£40 per person or bring a friend and pay £35 each…

🙏 ☺️ I love seeing how the work I do empowers and supports my clients to live a happier life. It fills my heart with pride and joy.

💕 I’ve have had an influx of new clients and can’t wait to work with them too. I’m also really happy to announce I’ve had a few nudges this week to grow and to create a web page for my alternative therapy offerings and host a Manufestation/ dream board workshop. ☺️🌟The results that I’m sharing here are fascinating, I love Reiki and know it enables the body to relax, restore and heal itself. Some people love proof and that proof in this area can be subjective, Reiki is becoming a more popular treatment and especially now within the NHs for cancer.

⏰ My client however wears an Apple Watch that has a stress monitor on it and the so kindly and happily shared that their stress levels as seen in the second image is on average around 33 ☁️.. The day of the reiki session it read 23 🕶️. The day after Reiki was 13 and that they had never seen it read that low. Love this so much!

💕 And I love Reiki as a beautiful healing modality and having it in my tool kit. I notice the clients who come to me for regular sessions are always more balanced and live life with more ease and grace. I love how these pictures demonstrate this via the stress levels…
